Personal Memoir Collecting

As an oral historian, I have interviewed a wide range of people, not only in English, but in German, and about a range of subjects from the ribald to the tragic, the personal to the philosophical.

Occasionally, I have been asked by family members to interview another family member, and am glad to do so, preferably in person.

The results can be as simple as a CD, even a tape recording, or can range from a typed transcript to a narrative (my specialty), or can be a book of simplicity or complexity. Although I am not a videographer, I know people who are, and can arrange that service.

To keep accounting easy for everyone, I charge the same hourly rate for collecting memoirs as for editing.
